Victims and murderers are a story of two half-siblings Jana (Ivana Chýlková) and Mirek (Karel Roden) who are ineffectually trying to escape their mutual attraction and break free from their fatal relationship. Two time levels, presence and 1970s, intermesh in the film. Monika Hilmerová and Vladimír Škultéty play the roles of the young siblings twenty years ago.
