Negative personas, and let us put it straight – real scoundrels – radiate strange energies attracting people not only during their lifetimes but even long after their deaths. Perhaps it is the case of this film, too. Gustáv Husák attracted authors as a clear essence of all that is repulsive about politics; as a gallery of instincts catalyzed by politics. Like a human fate amidst societal heavy seas that does not want to be left behind, cost what it may.
